My Art Teaching Practice
I am an artist and art educator with a B.A. in Art History from Emory University and a B.F.A. in Studio Art from Maine College of Art. I have ten years of experience teaching studio art to children, teens, adults, and senior citizens. My philosophy is that everyone is in an artist in search of the right subject matter and medium.
Group & Private Art Lessons
I teach beginner-friendly painting classes for teens and adults both in-person and online. They can be seasonal, holiday-themed, or based on a special occasion. I find that both beginners and advanced artists thrive in my lessons because of the fun, relaxed atmosphere. I also teach private lessons, where we can dive more deeply into advanced art techniques.
